Refund & cancellation

Refund of the total paid, up to 24 hours prior to successful payment of the amount, is possible if a cancellation request is submitted. If you have opted to cancel the service and our staff has not gone ahead with a great deal of work, you are eligible to cancel the service, and according to the terms, our refunds are processed in full.

In case non-refundable government and statistical fees are paid for the client. The client will receive proof of payment or relevant acknowledgment from the relevant government body (where applicable).

A 20% deduction of the total amount paid may apply for cancellation requests that are submitted more than 24 hours after being paid and within 7 calendar days. This is a deduction for admin, documentation processing, and first contact with our team. The remaining amount will be returned using the appropriate payment method in a reasonable period.

Any cancellation requests after 7 days from the date of payment will be considered for a refund (which may be dependent on the stage of work completed). This refund (if applicable) includes time with the professional, paperwork reviewed, resources used, and work done. Our operations team will review each request prior to reaching the final decision on the refund.

In case of cancellation or refund, clients may reach out to us via the communication platform we have provided in the Companyregister.co.in official website. The date of receipt of cancellation/recovery order will be considered as the date of intimation.

To facilitate us in processing your request efficiently, kindly include a reason for cancellation and payment details, Order/Application Reference number, and registered contact details from your registered email with us.
